Intro

Maximal Search is a financial services recruiting company based in the UK, specialising in European markets as well as having recruited people world wide.
Styling
The goal was to create a simple yet striking logo that reflects the brand’s strong and trustworthy identity. A clean, modern, and balanced design was explored, aligned with the financial services sector.

Over 15 variations were developed based on the letter "M," each exploring different visual approaches. Among them, three strong candidates were selected and refined further.
The final choice was a bold and minimal "M" form that best represented the brand’s confident and professional character.
Website Design
We wanted to make a website that was straight to the point and got the message across. Our client selected the hero section background video to be the La Defence region, the centre of financial services in Paris. We then built our page to fit around this hero section and make the most impact with the least words. One pertinent section is the interactive map showing all the cities where placements were made; with many more to come in the future.

Typography
We came to the project with Lexend Zetta having been chosen as the logo font. Lexend Zetta is a modern, sans-serif typeface with a clean and minimalist design that helps keep the focus on the cork forms and shapes with a modern feel.

We then set about looking for a clean and readable san-serif for our body text and settled on “Noah” by Fontfabric. We found this font to display nicely across screen sizes and also offered wide language support in case of expanding the website into other languages.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen ook. It has survived not only five cen- turies, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially un- changed. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets con- taining Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software
